Bookings
​Check-in is any time after 2pm and check-out is any time up until 10am.

Villa Aqua offers contactless check-in and check-out.  Guest access arrangements and payment options are provided at the time of booking.
The resident managers, John and Ann, live on-site and are only a phone call away.  For any problems on check-in, check-out or during your stay you can contact them on 0411 256835.
It may be possible to organise a late check-out but it depends on guest arrivals.  Liaise directly with John and Ann.
A deposit equal to the first night’s accommodation tariff is required at the time of booking.  A $500 deposit is required for Christmas/January bookings.
The balance of the accommodation tariff is deducted from the provided credit card on day of arrival.
Villa Aqua does not maintain a formal reception but John and Ann are always contactable during normal business hours and after-hours in emergencies.
Pets are generally not allowed at Villa Aqua but there may be some exceptions.  Liaise directly with John and Ann.

​Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy applies to all bookings made after 15 March 2020. 
Where a cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the date of arrival, guests will receive a full refund of deposit. 
Where a cancellation occurs within 30 days of the date of arrival, there will be no refund of deposit.
