Booking & Check-In

Information about bookings, payments and check-in.

Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-In: 2.00pm - 5.00pm.

Check-Out: up to 10.00am.

 

Q: Is after hours check-in available?

Please contact reception (07 5474 2500) during office hours for after hours check-in arrangements.

Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?

At the time of booking which will secure and confirm your booking with Villa Aqua.

Q: What are the reception hours?

Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 4.00pm.  
Saturday - Sunday: 9.00am - 10.30am.

Q: Is there Internet or WiFi access available?

Free Wi Fi (limits apply).

Q: Is there car parking available?

Yes, private lock-up garage for one vehicle with direct access to your villa.

Q: Is all linen provided?

Yes

Q: How often are the rooms serviced?

For stays of 8 days or more a service is provided mid stay upon request.

Q: Is the pool heated?

Yes, it is a gas heated salt water pool.
