Check-in is between 2PM & 5PM. Check-out is by 10AM.
Tariffs are subject to change without notice. Rates include linen and weekly service (upon request). A booking may only be considered confirmed once a deposit has been received. Deposits are non-refundable if a cancellation occurs less than 45 days of the due date, unless the booking is resold for the full period - an admin fee* of $80.00 will be deducted from the amount held before/if the remainder is refunded. A fee of 13.2% (including GST) of the total rental applies if cancelled 46 days or more from the check-in date. Bookings are non-transferable without the written permission of management.
No Show: If a guest does not arrive on the due date no refund will be undertaken.
*Covers the cost of processing a booking, receipting, banking, cancelling the booking from the system, drawing & mailing a refund cheque & meeting associated bank charges.
Security Deposit & Photo ID required on Check In:
A Credit Card authorisation (pre-auth) will be required at time of check-in and may be used to cover incidental items such as (but not limited to): telephone charges, any breakages or damages incurred during your stay, or cleaning charges in excess of the normal level of cleaning.
Where a credit card is not available a minimium of $250.00 cash cash deposit will be required.
