Booking Terms & Conditions
Tariffs are subject to change without notice. Rates include linen
and weekly service. A deposit is to be paid prior to or within seven
days of booking. Deposits are non-refundable if a cancellation
occurs less than 28 days of the due date, unless the booking is
resold for the full period. A fee of 13.2% (including GST) of the
total rental applies if cancelled 29 days or more from the check-in
date. Bookings are non-transferable without the written permission
of management. We recommend travel insurance against loss of any
payments in the event of not being able to take up
occupancy.
Check-in is between 2PM & 5PM. Check-out is by
10AM. |
